| 用途 | 中樞性尿崩癥及顱外傷或手術(shù)所致的暫時(shí)性尿崩癥：用后可減少尿排出，增加尿滲透壓，減低血漿滲透壓，減少尿頻和夜尿（一般對(duì)腎源性尿崩癥無(wú)效）。治療5歲以上患有夜間遺尿癥的患者。腎尿液濃縮功能試驗(yàn)：有助于對(duì)腎功能的鑒別，對(duì)于診斷不同部位的尿道感染尤其有效。對(duì)于輕度血友病及Ⅰ型血管性血友病患者，在進(jìn)行小型外科手術(shù)時(shí)可控制出血或預(yù)防出血。對(duì)于因尿毒癥、肝硬化以及先天的或用藥誘發(fā)的血小板功能障礙而引起的出血時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)和不明原因的出血，用本品可使出血時(shí)間縮短或恢復(fù)正常。 Oral formulations may be used to manage primary nocturnal enuresis in adults and vasopressin sensitive diabetes insipidus, and for control of temporary polyuria and polydipsia following head trauma or surgery in the pituitary region. Intranasal and parenteral formulations may be used to manage spontaneous or trauma-induced bleeds (e.g. hemarthrosis, intramuscular hematoma, mucosal bleeding) in patients with hemophilia A or von Willebrand’s disease Type I. May also be used parenterally to prevent or treat bleeding in patients with uremia. |
